Spotlights

These spotlights have been used for many years by ecologists, especially the xenon bulb variants.

Note that the LED lamps are great for low power consumption and therefore greater battery life, but they're less suitable for counting newts in ponds as the light doesn't penetrate as well as that from the xenon bulbs

Cluson Lazerlite LED

With 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Lifetime Backup & Support

The Lazerlite LED is available with either a cigarette plug or jack plug and gives 1500 lumens and 700m beam distance.

Ideal for scanning the countryside for wildlife and weighing only 365g, but you will need a power-pack - I recommend the li-ion battery packs you can shove in a pocket, but any 12v power source will do.

Note this LED version is not as good as the Xenon model for seeing newts in ponds.

Cluson Lazerlite Xenon

The Lazerlite Xenon is available with either a cigarette plug or jack plug and gives you 1 million candle power and 1000m beam distance.

It's a direct replacement for the 'Clulite' Clubman used by ecologists for decades, when bought with the jack plug option.

The 'Clulite' Clubman torch used by thousands of ecologists for decades, this model has a xenon bulb and 12v 7Ah SLA battery, giving 1 million candle power of illumination and a beam distance of 1000m, up to 1.5 hours duration on high and 4 hours on low. Charging takes 10-12 hours.
