Lifetime Guarantee on Pond Liners

Our pond liners are covered by the manufacturer's Lifetime Guarantee, up to 140m² (1500ft²), subject to the following conditions:

1. The pond liner must be used for a domestic garden pond only, and it must be installed according to the instructions provided.
2. In the event of failure due to faulty seams, materials or manufacture, the manufacturer offers, at its discretion, to repair or replace the product without charge.
3. Wildlife & Countryside Services do not offer any guarantee in addition to that of the manufacturer.
4. Neither the manufacturer nor Wildlife & Countryside Services will be liable for any consequential loss.
5. The guarantee does not cover contact with chemicals, excessive stretching, misuse, puncturing or mechanical damage of any kind; neither does it cover removal, installation or carriage costs.
6. To make a claim, you must provide the original receipt and the completed guarantee certificate.
7. The guarantee is not transferable.
8. Your statutory rights are not affected.
